Paul Montoya
President/Owner

Paul graduated from St. Mary's University School of Business with a major in HR. He was also accredited by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources . Before starting his company, Paul worked as a Human Resource professional for such diverse organizations as:

  • San Antonio Water Systems
  • VIA Metropolitan Transit (San Antonio)
  • CIGNA (INA/AETNA)
  • Sea World of Texas

Since the founding of the company, he and his staff have provided human resource consultation for dozens of businesses in a wide range of industries.

 

Sandra Montoya, PHR
Vice President/Co-Owner

Sandra is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio , with a BS in Mathematics/Computer Science. She is also accredited by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources. Sandra joined the HR&M team in March of 1999 having had an extensive career with USAA in various IT roles. Sandra’s technical background and human resource expertise provides HR&M a broad range of automated human resource functions such as employee survey generation, HR employee/applicant database tracking, and on-line performance evaluation processes and forms.

 

 

Human Resource Consultants

Human Resource Consultants are hired on a project needs basis to provide HR&M research and consultation support in all areas of human resources such as analyzing results of employee surveys, preparing accurate job descriptions, and assisting in the development of salary programs.

 

Human Resource Interns

Interns from nearby University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary’s University are hired on a frequent basis to provide latest trends and information, additional networking contacts, and research assistance in helping HR&M maintain its leading role as a human resource consulting firm.
